Natural Dye Farm & Studio Tour
Do you have an interest in natural dyeing? Would you like to come and find out more about what we do here on our farm and in our natural dye studio? Or just fancy a chat, cup of tea and piece of cake? Either way, we’d love to see you and welcome you to the farm!
We’ll be having an open day this summer to share our passion for natural colour. Why not book onto a tour time slot - we’ll show you the dye garden and examples of the textiles we make using natural dyes. Afterwards, why not grab a cup of tea and piece of cake (included in your ticket price) and have a go at flower pounding a sample of cotton to take home with you. The tour /talk will last around 20-30 minutes then refreshments afterwards.
The ground in the flower patch can be uneven so please wear flat, suitable footwear. If it’s a wet day, please bring wellies or waterproof shoes as the ground may be muddy.
