studioEVIG aims to despatch all orders for silk scarves and silk ribbons within 5 working days. We will send parcels by 2nd class Royal Mail. If you require express delivery, please email us and we’ll try our best to accommodate your request. For our linen napkins, that are handmade to order, please allow a minimum of 10 working days before dispatch.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase from us, please do get in touch and we will try our best to help. Please be aware that:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

• Returned items must be returned in original product packaging

• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

• Item you wish to return

• Reason for return

We will then reply to your message with the next steps for getting the item back to us so we can process your refund. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any costs associated with returning the item. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receipt of the item back to us in its original condition.
